• Design & Printing: 10–14 working days (depending on quantity — DM us for estimates)
• Shipping:
  ▸ West Malaysia: 2–3 working days
  ▸ East Malaysia: 3–5 working days

• Due to the natural characteristics of wood, each frame may have slight differences in grain or color — making every piece one of a kind. 
• Color may vary slightly from artwork due to ink characteristics. Please refer to the actual product for the final appearance.
• All artworks are fully hand-drawn in our own illustration style — they won’t be 100% identical to the original photo, but we’ll do our best to capture the essence.
• If you're particular about the exact likeness, we kindly suggest thinking it through before placing your order.
