Q: How can I customize a product?
Step 1: Contact Us

Provide design/opt for portrait drawing services, for the best results, please provide a clear, high-resolution photo/images.
Step 2: Place Your Order
Your order is confirmed once payment is received. Design and production are scheduled in the order that payments are received, so earlier orders are processed first.
Once your draft is ready, we’ll send it for confirmation and allow one minor revision before production begins.
Step 3: Wait for Your Shipment! ❤️
Q: Do you accept bulk order, on site event, cooperate gift?
Yes! Please contact us via WhatsApp to discuss your needs. We warmly welcome inquiries from individuals, businesses, and organizations. You can discuss details such as pricing, packaging, and custom gift options directly with us.
Q: What is the MOQ?
The minimum order quantity (MOQ) for our custom gifts is listed on each product’s description page. Please refer to the product details for specific information.
Q: How long will it take to customize a product?
Our standard production timeframe is 7-10 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please note this does not include shipping time.
Production times are estimates only and may vary depending on customization complexity, order volume, and peak seasons.
For urgent orders, additional fees apply. Contact us to discuss and confirm the production timeline.
Q: Can I modify the illustration before printing?
Yes, one small revision is allowed after we send you the preview.
Please note the illustration may not be 100% identical to the photo, but we aim to capture its essence.
Q: Can I merge different photos into one portrait?
Yes, you can. Please notify us in advance for requests like photo merging, changing posture, or changing clothes. Additional fees may apply for complex modifications.
Q: How much is the shipping fee?
- West Malaysia: from RM8
- East Malaysia: from RM20
- Singapore: from RM20
📦 Charges may vary based on actual weight. For bulk orders, please contact us to confirm the shipping fee.
Parcel shipping using J&T Express or Ninjavan.
If you need your order on a specific date, we can arrange LALAMOVE or GRAB EXPRESS. Customers are responsible for delivery fees based on platform rates, applicable only for the Klang Valley area.
For other countries, please contact us before placing your order.
Q: Where is your studio? Can I arrange for self-pickup?
Yes, we're based in Puchong, Selangor. Self Pick-Up is currently available for urgent order only. Contact us to schedule a convenient time for pickup.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We prefer Online Bank Transfer, but we also accept Touch & Go and PayPal for your convenience.
Q: Refund/Cancellation
All products are non-refundable, and cancellations are strictly prohibited once the order is placed.
