• Damaged upon arrival

Unboxing Video Required

A clear, continuous unboxing video is mandatory for any return or replacement request.
Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

Return Request Timeline

• Must be reported within 2 days of receiving the item
• Subject to inspection and approval by Banban Studio

Resolution

• Approved cases may receive a replacement, subject to availability
• Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled case by case
